What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. To request a return, please contact us at shopnoreia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note that personalized items, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible for return.

Are any purchases final sale?

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Clearance or sale items
  3. Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
When will I get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, delivery generally takes:

Metro cities: 2–5 business days
Other locations across India: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, sale periods, or due to courier delays.

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

Our products are thoughtfully designed by Noreia and manufactured in India through carefully selected production partners.

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure quality, durability, and attention to detail in every product.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
